Guidance now available for ICE granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Cases

Last week, USCIS posted a notice on it's website about the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewal process. Currently, the renewal process is only available for individuals who were granted DACA through Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from June to August 2012. Note that people that were granted DACA after August 15, 2012 are not yet eligible to renew, but USCIS will give a notice on that process soon.

If you or someone you know was granted Deferred Action, and have questions about the renewal process, then please consult with an immigration attorney.
